Belarus is out. It was never in, but now, Heidi Klum-style, it is out.
Vitebsk is an odd choice but I see that Dublin still holds all the cards. Good luck with that although I think I should warn you that it is bloody cold there - my sister-in-law has lived there for the past 4 years.
