Lesson of the day
No matter how much you love the taste of aioli, it tastes considerably less nice about 2 hours later.
It is even *less* nice 3 hours later (and so on).
However, the bad taste and potential heart attacks are totally worth it. I mean, it's no sweet chilli sauce (my precioussssss!) but it is very nice indeed (and always a delicious accompaniment to sweet chilli sauce, come to think of it!).

You could just make sure you eat it all within an hour, before it gets a chance to taste less good.
I have tasted many an aioli in my quest to be the best damn food critic around and I reckon that the most primo-ess of aioli's cn be found at Burger Fuel of all places. Nothing has compared since and all other aioli's are just pretenders in comparison.
It's the taste in your mouth after you've eaten aioli that bugs me - not much is ever left over!
Although I quite like Burger Fuel aioli, I must confess my current favourite is the aioli with lime from "Food by Chefs", not that I ever manage to find it in the supermarket! Guess Pak n Save isn't swish enough1
